Fantastic hill views from the private balcony. We felt like we were on top of the world, gazing down at the beauty of the landscape below.

We had an amazing stay at this Bed & Breakfast. Trish & Ian were fantastic hosts who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Marina and great restaurants. The homemade bread that Ian baked for us was absolutely delicious, especially the German loaf. We can't thank Trish and Ian enough for their hospitality and we're already looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommended!

V Buffet, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. We liked location and the comfort here. Room met what we needed. Justified prices for what you get, no complaints...

We liked the friendliness and helpfulness oof the staff. The price was right also. It was quiet but still close to the Centre.

Only one thing: the bedrooms are a bit small so there is no place to put things.

Convenient location, close to town center and marina. Clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely garden view. Friendly hosts who provide helpful information and discounts on tours. Delicious breakfast with homemade bread and fresh fruit salad. Free parking available, albeit on a slope. Recommended.

Nice bedroom with double spa on the deck. Provided activities and dining recommendations. Delicious homemade bread and a variety of jams. High scores due to great hospitality and cleanliness.

Almost perfect.

It is purpose built as a bed & breakfast so you feel more relaxed because you are not actually in someone elses home. All the amenities were just outside the room so it was like home from home. The setting was great, very peaceful and the hot tub on our private balcony was fantastic!! We also liked that the furnishings were very modern, flatscreen TV, Foxtel etc.

Though there was parking the driveway was extremely steep

We had a great stay at our bed and breakfast. Our host was very helpful and would guide us as to places to go and interesting things to do.

The room had a lovely spa and overall felt clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating with breakfast requests.

The rooms at Nelson Bay Bed & Breakfast were great! They were air-conditioned, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. The refrigerator was handy for keeping drinks and snacks cool, and having a tea and coffee maker meant I could have a hot beverage whenever I wanted. I felt safe knowing there was a safety deposit box in the room. Plus, the free WiFi was a nice perk!

Personally, I found the showers a bit small in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hosts at this B&B were incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful local knowledge. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfortable bed. The homemade bread for breakfast was a lovely touch.

Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

They claim to have a "wide range of facilities," and I must admit that the free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and barbecue area with outdoor seating were indeed impressive. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the guest lounge.

Oh, but let's not forget the challenge of finding the place! The road signs were clearly designed to entertain rather than guide.
